Can I get a Sherpa power station in 3-phase?
Yes. The Sherpa PRO MK2 platform supports 3-phase power output as a custom configuration. Use the configurator above to select 3-phase under Mains Output, then submit your spec and we'll confirm availability and lead time.
What's the largest capacity custom power pack you can supply?
The Sherpa PRO MK2 platform is available with up to 7,600Wh of onboard LiFePO4 battery storage and up to 12,000W continuous output. For larger requirements, multiple units can be linked. Tell us your load requirements in the notes field and we'll advise on the right configuration.
Can I add solar and wind charging to the same unit?
Yes - the PRO MK2 MPPT charge controller supports both solar and DC wind turbine input simultaneously. Select both options in the configurator and we'll ensure the input spec is matched to your panel and turbine setup.
How does generator auto-start work?
The generator auto-start option adds a control link between your Sherpa unit and a compatible petrol or diesel generator. When onboard battery charge falls below a set threshold, the unit automatically signals the generator to start and replenish. This is ideal for unattended operation or sites where overnight discharge would otherwise be a problem.
How long does a custom order take?
Lead times vary depending on specification and quantity. Once you submit your wishlist via the configurator, a member of the team will be in touch within one business day with a full quote including lead time. For urgent requirements, let us know in the notes field.
Do custom units come with a warranty?
Yes. All Sherpa PRO MK2 units - including custom configurations - are covered by our standard UK warranty. Specific terms are confirmed at point of order.
