Returns Policy
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order within 30 days of placing it. If you would like to cancel your order placed with Sherpa Power, you must notify us by emailing support@sherpapower.co.uk including your name, order number, the date of purchase and a valid reason for cancellation. We recommend that you keep a copy of all correspondence. If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund you in full within 5 days of receiving your request to cancel your order, including any applicable delivery charges. If your order has shipped before we receive your request to cancel you must return your product following our online returns procedure at your own cost.
Online Returns
We are happy to refund any product purchased through our website within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, and in their original packaging which should not be marked or damaged. If you would like to return an item purchased from Sherpa Power, you must notify us by emailing support@sherpapower.co.uk including your name, order number, the date of purchase and the reason for your return. We recommend that you keep a copy of all correspondence.
You must return the unwanted product(s) to Sherpa Power within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to return your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Once we have received your product at our warehouse, we will refund you within 5 days.
Any unwanted product(s) which are not returned to us in their original, unused condition will not be refunded and we will require upfront payment of any costs associated with returning the product(s) to you. Please note that we do not accept returns after the 30 day cooling off period on non-faulty products.
Faulty Products
If a product you have purchased from Sherpa Power develops a fault within 90 days of purchase, you are entitled to claim a refund or replacement. If a fault develops after 90 days, we may repair your product. In the event that your product can not be repaired we may issue a replacement. You must notify us of any faults by contacting support@sherpapower.co.uk including your name, order number, the date of purchase, and a description of the fault. We recommend that you keep a copy of all correspondence. If a replacement product is issued, your warranty period will run from the date of your original purchase. Please note that repairs are carried out by an authorised repair centre.
Express and Dedicated Delivery
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of express or dedicated delivery when you return an unwanted product that arrived on time. If you paid extra for product(s) to be delivered at a certain time and they arrived later than this, then you can ask to be refunded the cost of the express or dedicated delivery when returning any unwanted product(s).
DUE TO THE DANGEROUS GOODS CLASIFICATION OF THE PRODUCTS ALL RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE ORGANISED BY SHERPA POWER, USING AUTHORISED CARRIERS.
