Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframes:
•    We strive to deliver all orders within 1-4 working days of receiving your order, depending on the courier service availability.
•    We do not deliver on weekends, bank holidays, or public holidays.
•    While we aim to provide next day shipping for all orders, occasional delays within the courier network may prevent this.
•    Shipping estimates are to mainland UK. Orders to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are expected to take an extra working day.
•    If you reside in the Channel Islands, please note that you may be subject to customs charges upon delivery.
Delivery Process:
•    Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm are processed the same day.
•    Occasionally, deliveries may be split depending on stock levels to ensure the fastest possible delivery time for each item.
Order Tracking:
•    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.
Shipping Costs:
•   Shipping costs are free for UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. 
•   Shipping costs may be applied for international destinations and will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. For more information please contact us.
Damaged or Lost Items:
•    While we take great care to package your items securely, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
