The BASE 2.5 Portable Power Station incorporates an automotive grade, high-quality lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4), which can be cycled 3500 times before its original capacity is reduced to 80%. Having a capacity of 2048Wh, expandable up to a massive 32,768Wh by linking fifteen BASE 2.0-EB extra batteries, the BASE 2.5 has a significant energy reserve, offering extended periods of uninterrupted power supply.
Its in-built power management means you can simultaneously charge by multiple sources while using your connected devices. With safety in mind, the BASE 2.5 Battery Management System (BMS) has multiple in-built protection features, preventing overheating, overload, and short-circuit. These limit excessive power draw, overcharge and deep discharge to preserve the longevity of the battery. With short circuit protection and temperature control, you can confidently use this Power Station, knowing that your safety is taken care of. The BASE 2.5 is equipped with a pure sine wave inverter, capable of powering appliances and devices in situations where there is no access to mains power. It has a Backup Supply function, allowing your appliances to use grid power via the unit and switch over to battery power in 8-20 milliseconds in case of a power cut.
